The Job

Interprets physicians' drug orders and supplies nursing units with proper medications for administration to patients and personnel. Answers questions related to medication regimens to provide optimum patient care. Provides patient medication education when requested.

Qualifications

• Graduates from accredited school of Pharmacy and currently licensed and registered by State Board of Pharmacy
• Prioritize oncology experience
• Prioritize a knowledge of sterile compounding (USP797)
• Prioritize a knowledge of safe handling of hazardous drugs (USP800)
• Prioritize a history of supervising pharmacist responsibilities
