JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIESEducation: Bachelor of Nursing Degree Preferred. Masters of Science Degree in Nursing PreferredLicensure: RN Indiana license preferred. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (the JOB SUMMARY), "Responsibilities" (maybe from JOB SUMMARY details), "Requirements" (Education, Licensure, Experience, Ability to speak Spanish), "Qualifications" maybe same as requirements? But we need to avoid duplication. The instructions: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content about benefits (What We Offer). That's Benefits section. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info besides "Full time- 40 Hours" and "Shift: Day Shift". That could be Schedule? The posting includes Shift: Day Shift and Status: Full Time- 40 Hours. That is schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. We have no explicit Pay info, so omit Pay. We have "About the role" maybe from JOB SUMMARY. We have Responsibilities: maybe from JOB SUMMARY bullet points. We have Requirements: Education, Licensure, Experience, Ability to speak Spanish. We have Qualifications: maybe similar to Requirements but we could combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they ask to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include those that have content. We have Skills: maybe ability to speak Spanish is a skill, also maybe "Discharge planning or Case management". Could list skills. We have Benefits: from What We Offer. We have Schedule: from Employment Type, Shift, Status. We have About the role: JOB SUMMARY. We have Responsibilities: maybe we can extract from JOB SUMMARY sentences that describe duties. We have Requirements: Education, Licensure, Experience. We have Qualifications: maybe we could include "Preferred: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing, Oncology experience, Ability to speak Spanish". But that overlaps. Better to follow typical structure: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (education, licensure, experience), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (language, case management), Benefits, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive info: - About the role / JOB SUMMARY: "The Oncology Patient Navigator assists physicians and Disease Site Management Teams in integrating the various aspects of treatment and support for cancer patients and their caregivers from the time of diagnosis through treatment and recovery. Helps to present the menu of interventions and continuum of care options and serves as a link to Medical Center and community services for patients, families and caregivers. Develops and coordinates appropriate oncology educational materials for patients and their families as defined by the Disease Site Teams and the patient’s Physicians. Provides patient and staff education, group programs, maintenance of resources and data collection as needed. All initiatives are geared to facilitate and enhance the quality of care of the patient and assure a smooth flow through the various components of care." - Responsibilities: Could be same as above but maybe break into bullet list: assisting physicians, presenting menu of interventions, linking to services, developing educational materials, providing patient/staff education, group programs, maintaining resources, data collection. - Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree Preferred. Masters of Science Degree in Nursing Preferred. Licensure: RN Indiana license preferred. Experience: Three or more years of acute clinical experience. Oncology experience preferred. Discharge planning or Case management acceptable. Ability to speak Spanish preferred. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could treat "Preferred" items as qualifications: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing, Oncology experience, Ability to speak Spanish. But we already have them in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called "Requirements & Qualifications". But instruction says we can use those headings; we can choose to include only those with content. Could include Requirements and Qualifications separately but ensure not duplicate. Better: Requirements: Education (Bachelor of Nursing), Licensure (RN Indiana), Experience (3+ years acute clinical). Qualifications: Preferred: Masters of Science in Nursing, Oncology experience, Ability to speak Spanish, Discharge planning/Case management background. Skills: Ability to speak Spanish, Discharge planning/Case management, Patient education, Staff education, Group facilitation, Data collection, Resource maintenance. But skills may overlap. We need to avoid filler like "Preferred" repeated. Let's decide sections: - About the role (h3) with paragraph from JOB SUMMARY. - Responsibilities (h3) with ul li list of duties. - Requirements (h3) with ul li list: Bachelor of Nursing Degree (preferred), RN Indiana license (preferred), Three or more years of acute clinical experience. - Qualifications (h3) with ul li list: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred), Oncology experience (preferred), Ability to speak Spanish (preferred), Discharge planning or Case management experience (acceptable). - Benefits (h3) with ul li list: Tuition reimbursement for all full-time and part-time colleagues, beginning day one; 100% employer-paid tuition for ASN-to-BSN program; Comprehensive benefits starting day one (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and more); Retirement savings plan with employer match; Generous paid time off program plus 7 paid holidays; No mandatory overtime; Employee referral incentive program; State-of-the-art equipment; Unlimited CEUs; Supportive team environment. - Schedule (h3) with p: Full-time, 40 hours per week; Day shift. We must not include Pay. We must not repeat job title. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. We must not include navigation etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't include empty sections. Let's craft. About the role:

Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, commitment statement, etc. The "Our Commitment" paragraph is boilerplate values; we should remove as it's generic. Also removed "Why Saint Joseph Health System?" and the values paragraph before "What We Offer". That is also generic but maybe considered part of "About the role"? However it
