Responsibilities
- EDUCATION
- NYS RN license required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing required
- Certified Oncology Nurse preferred
- BLS certification required
- EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years acute nursing experience, with minimum 3 years in oncology required
- Previous experience in case management or patient education preferred

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and listening skills, communication skills both orally and written for a variety of audiences
- Proficient technology skills to utilize the EMR, computer programs and technology to develop presentations, trend data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Highly organized, able to implement, coordinate and direct a variety of programs and services
- Able to take initiative and provide self-directed leadership to ancillary team while driving results
- Able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and providers to deliver patient-centered, interdisciplinary care
