Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biologic infusions to oncology patients
- Manage central lines and perform patient assessments
- Coordinate complex patient care and monitor for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong knowledge of oncology treatments and infusion therapy
- Excellent assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
