Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries.
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
• Adhere to reporting requirements for ACS CoC, NPCR, and SEER.

Requirements

• Current Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical data abstraction experience in a hospital setting (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with EMR systems and multiple cancer registry software applications.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with oncology data abstraction.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
