Oncology Clinical Pharmacist-KS

About the role

The Inpatient Pharmacy is a fast-paced, high-energy department that collaborates closely with practitioners and nursing staff to ensure quality care for patients at Freeman Health System. We are responsible for managing medication availability, delivering medications directly to patient care areas, and maintaining inventory in dispensing machines throughout the system.

Responsibilities

• Performs the duties of a Clinical Pharmacist in the Oncology area.
• Collaborates with members of the Healthcare team to deliver safe, rational, cost-effective, and efficacious drug therapy.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri with Medication Therapy Services Designation or obtain Medication Therapy Services Designation within 30 days.
• Possess Board certification in Oncology pharmacy or complete an Oncology residency or fellowship in Oncology pharmacy, or have experience in Oncology practice.
