Expanding Medical Oncology/Hematology service line in Central Nebraska.
About the role
- Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology
- Patient volume: 12–15 outpatient visits per day at main clinic; 18–24 infusion patients per day
- Second clinic location in Grand Island with 12–20 patients per day
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with protected administrative time
- Balanced inpatient/outpatient mix with advanced-practice-provider support for call coverage
- Call rotation: 1:3 to 1:5, including weekend rounding
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable)
- Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary: $510,000
- Quality bonus: up to 3% of base salary
- Sign-on and relocation allowance: $5,000–$20,000 (negotiable)
- Student loan support: $20,000 per year for 3 years (negotiable education-loan forgiveness options available)
