About the role

Discover a career as an Oncology Account Executive where you can connect clients with the right products, expand new territories and impact lives daily. From oncologists to lab personnel, pathologists to nurses, you will be helping to nurture our relationships with our key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective territory business plan targeting top academic medical centers and community-based oncology practices in your region.
  • Engage with national and regional opinion leaders in both academic and community settings to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Share effective scientific presentations to customers, leveraging the expertise of our regional Field Science Liaison.
  • Guide customers to find the right products to help their patients, utilizing your deep understanding of oncology and hospital/cancer center environments.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferred), with 5+ years of diagnostics or medical sales experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Valid driver’s license required due to 50% travel requirement within the sales region, corporate meetings, trade shows, and special events.

Qualifications and Information

  • Additional qualifications include a valid driver’s license, 50% travel requirement, and a Bachelor’s Degree (Science degree preferred).
  • The total compensation range for this role is $220,000 - $240,000, based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will depend on relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/geography, education, business needs, market demand, and performance against quota.

Pay

The total compensation range for this role is $220,000 - $240,000, based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand, and performance versus quota.

Schedule

50% travel required within the sales region, corporate meetings, trade shows, and special events.
