Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Employee must be familiar with Federal and State managed care programs
- Physician order requirements, consent for treatment guidelines, HIPAA, etc.
- Customer service background essential, with understanding of and commitment to providing a consistently high-level of service to patients and their families
- May be exposed to patients with contagious diseases
- Candidate must self-direct priorities and balance the clinical coordination with financial navigation responsibilities
