Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Employee must be familiar with Federal and State managed care programs
  • Physician order requirements, consent for treatment guidelines, HIPAA, etc.
  • Customer service background essential, with understanding of and commitment to providing a consistently high-level of service to patients and their families
  • May be exposed to patients with contagious diseases
  • Candidate must self-direct priorities and balance the clinical coordination with financial navigation responsibilities
