Oncologist
About the role
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a civilian Oncology Physician to support the Buffalo, New York VA Medical Center. This position offers outpatient clinic full-time or part-time 2 weeks on 2 weeks, general oncology services, on-call responsibilities, compliance with a compliant patient population, freedom from malpractice insurance worries, compensation at $260.00 per hour as a 1099 independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Supporting general oncology services in the outpatient clinic
- Performing on-call responsibilities as required
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Board certified in Oncology
- Experience at Batavia VAMC and Olean CBOC (26 visits annually)
- Active, unrestricted medical license
Qualifications
Compliance with all VA policies and procedures, adherence to HIPAA guidelines, and maintaining a professional demeanor are essential.
