About the role

Mercy Medical Physician Practi is partnering with a strong organization to bring an Oncologist to Williston, North Dakota. The Oncologist will lead comprehensive, state-of-the-art oncology services in a vibrant community with a thriving economy.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead oncology care in Williston, ND, focusing on building and enhancing comprehensive services.
• Treat a robust patient panel with a diverse case mix, delivering high-impact cancer care in modern facilities.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to foster seamless coordination in a collaborative, integrated medical network.
• Engage in dynamic, family-friendly activities such as excellent schools and world-class outdoor recreation along the Missouri River.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Oncology.
• Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in Oncology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A strong commitment to creating healthier communities.

Qualifications

• Be a Board-Certified Oncology Physician.
• Experienced in specialty.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM.
• Full-time (40 hour work week).
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
