Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for all new hires from start to finish.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions that drive confidence and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days.
  • Maintain and improve training materials, onboarding systems, and processes.
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure completion of key milestones.
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions that increase efficiency.
  • Manage onboarding logistics, system access, and training schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, operations, education, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable learning and teaching technology platforms and software systems
  • Ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Positive, proactive, solutions-focused mindset

$45,000 - $50,000/year
