Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.
- Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.
- Cook up and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.
- Carefully coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail.
- Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company
- Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, (competency or ability to learn quickly)
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- Able to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests
- Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a team
- Must be confidential with all client and firm matters
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
Pay Information
- This position is non-exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New Jersey.
- The pay range for this position is $30-$37 per hour.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
- Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.
