Our iDSS Destination Cloud is a SaaS platform purpose-built for Destination Marketing Organizations, supporting the full range of workflows across sales, services, membership, marketing, and operations.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an organized, relationship-driven Onboarding Manager to support client onboarding and implementation delivery for iDSS Destination Cloud. You will play a key role within the onboarding team, partnering with other team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully, stakeholders stay aligned, and clients are equipped with the knowledge and confidence needed for long-term success. This role blends project management, client communication, requirements gathering, and training delivery.

Skills

  • Experience managing client onboarding, implementations, or SaaS delivery projects
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
  • Experience delivering training or enablement sessions
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to identify risk early and drive resolution
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira is a plus
  • Knowledge of DMO-specific CRM or SaaS platforms preferred
