About the role
As an onboarding manager, you ensure schools not only start with BeSmart Campus but truly succeed with it. You help the platform land internally, engaging teachers, students, mentors, team leaders, and where necessary, school management or boards. You make onboarding simple, practical, and scalable—without adding to the workload of already overburdened teachers. This role is for someone who understands that adoption isn’t about manuals, but about driving change. You bring structure, remove obstacles, and ensure schools quickly experience value and continue using the platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new schools, from kick-off to first success moments and sustained use
- Map out and ensure everyone knows what to do, why, and how
- Create implementation plans per school, with clear goals, timelines, and agreements
- Monitor adoption, identify bottlenecks, and proactively adjust
- Gather feedback from the field and translate it into improvements for onboarding, product, communication, and support
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align expectations and ensure smooth onboarding
- Build templates, playbooks, and processes to scale onboarding without losing quality

- Understands the realities of schools: workload, resistance, limited time, and diverse roles
- Independent, takes ownership, and sees what needs to be done
Qualifications
- Experience with onboarding, implementation, or customer success (nice to have)
- Experience in or with education (nice to have)
- Experience guiding change (nice to have)
