About the role
The Human Resource Onboarding Coordinator supports the Human Resources department, delivering excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted resource for employees, applicants, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Processing new hires
- Record maintenance of employees
- Aiding with onboarding processes for new hires, applicants, guests, and serving as a backup for the front desk
- Aiding with coordinator of special events
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory agencies and maintaining confidentiality for areas of responsibility
Requirements
- Three years of related experience
- A working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
- A proficient working knowledge of computer applications, preferably Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good math aptitude
- Experience with HRIS systems
Qualifications
- NONE REQUIRED
- Prior experience in problem resolution and/or customer service
- Proficiency with computer-generated report development and processing for major functional areas
