About the role

The Human Resource Onboarding Coordinator supports the Human Resources department, delivering excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted resource for employees, applicants, and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Processing new hires
  • Record maintenance of employees
  • Aiding with onboarding processes for new hires, applicants, guests, and serving as a backup for the front desk
  • Aiding with coordinator of special events
  • Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory agencies and maintaining confidentiality for areas of responsibility

Requirements

  • Three years of related experience
  • A working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
  • A proficient working knowledge of computer applications, preferably Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good math aptitude
  • Experience with HRIS systems

Qualifications

  • NONE REQUIRED
  • Prior experience in problem resolution and/or customer service
  • Proficiency with computer-generated report development and processing for major functional areas
