About the role
Coordinates and facilitates the plan implementation or transition process for new and existing TPA clients. Transitions include plan conversions from one recordkeeper to another.
Essential Functions And Primary Duties
- Oversee new plan implementation or plan transition process on all levels
- Primary contact for all on-boarding related activity
- Conduct plan design calls
- Prepare recordkeeper paperwork
- Update internal systems
- Communicate with Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors and other TPA firms
- Provide general client service and problem resolution services
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)
- Pension Administrator, Qualified 401K Administrator (QKA)
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least three years of professional, retirement plan industry experience
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and procedures
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)
- Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills
