The Onboarding Ambassador manages Healthcare Professionals (HCP) through the onboarding process to ensure accurate and timely receipt of all required facility documentation and facilitates resolution to any credentialing-related issues. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentials for HCPs confirmed for an assignment, including preparing contracts and required document lists, and maintaining contact to ensure all requirements are met for the expected start date.
• Interact with internal departments on the status of documentation requirements.
• Monitor credentials for HCPs currently on assignment and alert healthcare professionals and internal departments about expiring documents to ensure 100% compliance.
• Follow up on results of criminal background searches, metabolic drug screenings, infectious disease titers, and other clinical testing with appropriate vendors.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of background searches to meet mandated document due dates.
• Inspect HCP documents before sending them to the imaging storage system.
• Work with the licensure team to facilitate the issuance of licensure to meet start date requirements.
• Promote, foster, and maintain optimal relationships across departmental and company lines to influence positive results.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, office environment, and/or service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
