We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove location, FLSA, classification, department, office, reports to, supervisory responsibilities maybe? Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location etc in a short paragraph maybe under "About the role"? But we need to decide sections. We have: - Summary: description of role (Under a contract...). That could be "About the role" section. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: list of duties. That's "Responsibilities". Should be a

  • . - Requirements: includes Position Type and Expected Hours of Work, Working conditions and physical demands. That could be "Requirements" or maybe "Qualifications"? Actually they have separate "Qualifications" and "Skills, Licenses, and/or competencies required". So we have: - Qualifications Education and/or experience required: Juris Doctor; Admission to a bar... admission to NY bar preferred. - Skills, Licenses, and/or competencies required: Bilingual; Excellent oral/written communication; Excellent organizational and computer skills; Experience giving public presentations; Ability/experience working with diverse individuals; Valid driver's license. - Salary: $75,000-$89,000 annually. That's Pay. - Schedule: Days and hours of work are generally 9:00 AM to 5PM Monday - Friday. Additional evening/weekend hours may be required... That's Schedule. - Benefits: Not mentioned. So we should not include Benefits section. - About the role: Could include summary and maybe location? But location is metadata; we could include a short paragraph about location maybe under About the role. But we should not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it. So we can have

    About the role

with a paragraph summarizing the role (the summary). Could also include location etc but maybe better to keep minimal. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties exactly as given, but we can format as list items. The duties are a long paragraph with repeated "Advise, counsel and represent individuals..." separated by etc. We need to split into list items. The text includes multiple sentences; we can break at each "Advise, counsel and represent..." and other duties. Let's extract duties: 1. Advise, counsel and represent individuals in general immigrant and non-immigrant status matters, including, but not limited to: family reunification (adjustment of status), visa extension and change of status, religious worker, naturalization, green card extension, travel/advance parole, consular processing, special adjustment relief (NACARA, HRIFA, Cuban Adjustment Act), etc 2. Advise, counsel and represent individuals in more specialized and complex immigration applications including, but not limited to: special juvenile immigrant petition, VAWA petitions, U and T visa applications, deferred action, inadmissibility waivers, etc 3. Advise, counsel and represent individuals facing removal proceedings, including, but not limited to: cancellation of removal, asylum, bond hearings, post-order relief, etc 4. Provide support to ONA Opportunity Centers in Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster counties, including bi-monthly consultation days, responses to urgent referrals for consult and responses to immigration law questions 5. Provide trainings, community information sessions and Know-Your-Rights workshops throughout the service region; participate in legal clinics 6. Maintain and update case files and case management database 7. Compile monthly statistics and reports 8. Other duties as assigned We need to keep the exact wording? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the text as is, maybe each as a list item. Now Requirements section: includes Position Type and Expected Hours of Work, Working conditions and physical demands. That's a paragraph. We could split into two list items? But it's prose. Use

for prose. So we can have a

containing that info. Qualifications: Education and/or experience required: Juris Doctor; Admission to a bar of any state and/or the District of Columbia; admission to the New York bar preferred. We can make a

    • for each? It's a list. Use
      • . Skills: Bilingual in English and another language; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent organizational and computer skills; Experience giving public presentations to diverse communities and stakeholders; Ability and experience working with diverse individuals and communities; Valid driver's license. Again list. Pay: Salary: $75.000-$89.000 annually. Note there is a typo: $75.000 (should be 75,000). We must preserve exactly as given? Probably keep as is. So

        Salary: $75.000-$89.000 annually.

. Schedule: Days and hours of work are generally 9:00 AM to 5PM Monday - Friday. Additional evening/weekend hours may be required to meet court and/or program deadlines or client needs. Also maybe include travel requirement? That's under Working conditions. But schedule section should contain the schedule info. We'll put that. We also have travel requirement (20% travel) under Working conditions; that is part of Requirements maybe. We'll include in Requirements paragraph. Now we need to exclude boilerplate: EEO statement at end. Remove. Also remove location etc? Could fold into About the role paragraph maybe as a short sentence. But we have location: South Bronx Hub (with travel through LHV). That's substantive? It's location. Could include in About the role. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Location is metadata but maybe we can include in About the role as a short sentence. However we already have summary; we could add location after summary. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can include it as is. Thus About the role paragraph: "Under a contract with the New York State Office of New Americans (ONA), the Legal Counsel provides direct legal services to residents of Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster counties and support to ONA Opportunity Centers in that service region. This position is specific to the ONA contract referenced herein. Location: South Bronx Hub (with travel through LHV)." But we need to preserve all substantive information; location is substantive. So include. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We don't have job title in posting; it's presumably "Legal Counsel". We won't add heading for it. Now produce HTML fragment:
