Responsibilities
- Platform level troubleshooting, system engineering, and complex escalation
- Reviewing ticket notes and providing advanced diagnostics, specialized troubleshooting and hardware repair/replacement
- Collaborates with manufacturers for complex platform-level issues and coordinates with Tier 4 support if necessary
- Initiates AV System Design process and supports design standards within clients' standards
Requirements
- AVIXA CTS-I Certification
- Customer Service Experience: A must!
Qualifications
Preferred but not required: AVIXA CTS-I Certification
