About the role
The Onsite Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management (KeepStock) execution and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations.
- Affixes machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
- Performs territory work relating to customer inventory projects.
- Collects data at the customer's site to guide the KeepStock implementation process.
- Assists with implementation responsibilities for new customers or new services.
- Supports customers with staging, labeling, and organizing product at a customer site.
- Completes product relocation and discontinuation processes.
- Covers PTO and performs route-based responsibilities and activities as needed.
- Actively listens, asks questions, effectively communicates, and fully engages to provide the best customer experience.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Technical skills and experience solving problems.
- Managed several projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence.
- Carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Pay
This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $19.86 and $24.81.
