On-Site Service Specialist (Full-Time) West Sacramento

About the role

The Onsite Services Specialist assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations. Will assist with customer training and activities related to customer inventory management. The role requires openness to working in different customer types and environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site
• Implement territory work relating to customer inventory projects
• Perform data collection at the customer's site
• Ensure accurate information is collected to help direct the KeepStock implementation process
• Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing product at a customer site
• Cover PTO and handle route-based responsibilities and activities when needed
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation process

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical skills and experience solving problems
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs or work in difficult positions
• Managed several projects simultaneously
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance

Pay

Anticipated base pay compensation range: $25-31/hr.
