On-Site Project Manager (Junior) PDM Support (4631) with Security Clearance

Position Responsibilities

• Aid in managing contractor workforce to ensure staffing levels are accurate and appropriate.
• Ensure contractor employees complete mandatory training requirements.
• Participate in meetings with Government program officials.
• Monitor and report on the status and progress of work.
• Analyze performance data and report results to the On-Site Supervisor.
• Manage the ALC check-in/check-out process for employees.
• Support the management of the contract by organizing and implementing activities.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years' Project Management experience and knowledge of industrial processes.
• Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma.

Pay

The typical core hours for this position are 0600 to 2300, with a typical shift being 0700 to 1530. The Government may adjust the schedule to a flex schedule between 0600-2300 as needed.

Schedule

The typical shift is 0700 to 1530, however, the Government reserves the right to change this to a flex schedule between the hours of 0600-2300 as needed to complete the mission.
