On-site Project Manager - Custom Homes

About the role

We are seeking a driven construction professional to oversee luxury residential projects from groundbreaking through completion, working alongside an established South Florida builder with an outstanding reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects valued between $5M and $15M from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams to ensure project success
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Project Manager and Project Executive
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest level of craftsmanship

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes in South Florida
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
• Demonstrated experience taking at least one custom home project from start to finish

Qualifications

• Experience with luxury custom home projects valued between $5M and $15M
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
