ON-SITE Movement and Truck Loading (2nd/3rd shift) Sunday-Thursday!

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Len Busch Roses. This role involves safely moving and loading trucks, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely move trucks across our company site, including relocating trucks to and from the loading dock and parking areas.
• Load trucks with products, ensuring the truck is packed efficiently and on time.
• Safely secure products to minimize damage during transportation.
• Support needs on the dock by assisting in moving products as required.
• Load trucks with floral supplies, plants, and other products for timely shipping.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Medical DOT certification.
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must be able to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and work in hot and cold environments.

Skills

• Preferred bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  Monday:6:00PM-2AM
  Tuesday:6:00PM-12AM
  Wednesday:6:00PM-2AM
  Thursday:6:00PM-2AM
• Summer schedule: May-October: Sunday-Thursday 9-10-hour shift on average, 30-40hrs per week.
• Holiday schedule: November-May: Occasional Friday/Saturday required 2 weeks before each holiday.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19/hr-$23/hr.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Summer schedule: May-October: Sunday-Thursday 9-10-hour shift on average, 30-40hrs per week. Holiday schedule: November-May: Occasional Friday/Saturday required 2 weeks before each holiday.
