Objectives of this role
Manage and care for clients; recognize and attend to their needs. Recognize ethical and legal responsibilities. Perform a variety of on-site and clinical procedures. Perform a variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide information, services, and assistance to clients and patients in an on-site setting and a PRIME clinic.
- Maintains medical supplies inventory, notifies manager when supplies need to be ordered, and performs preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating.
- Verifies patient information, medical histories by interviewing patients, documenting medical history, and confirming purpose of visit at a on-site setting and at a PRIME clinic if needed.
- Pack supplies for the scheduled on-site
- Packing supplies for the scheduled on-site
- May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays
- Will be required to operate your own dependable vehicle
- Must have the ability to take on-call on a rotating basis and provide services on-site and clinical after hours.
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down the on-site
- The ability to drive over 500 miles weekly when needed
- Must be able to work at various on-site locations and travel to out of state locations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Must be able to pass a DISA Drug Screen and Background Check

Qualifications/Skills
- Must be a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of working experience as a Medical Assistant required
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
Physical Demands
- Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time
- Lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 100 pounds
- Repetitive motion
- Extensive use of computers, copy machines and keyboards
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
- Work is performed in a medical clinic setting and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
