On-site Marketing Coordinator ($1,000 Incentive* Potential)

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.
• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at on-site location.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highest motivation with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Be able to perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Qualifications

• Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Pay

$16.00/hr + Commission + Training Pay*

Schedule

Full-time/5 days per week, must be available to work weekends and holidays. Days off are typically consistent (Subject to business needs).

Currently offering $1,000 Incentive* bonus.
