On- Site Maintenance Tech - PT/ Weekends

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time/Weekend Maintenance Technician for one of our associations in Crofton, MD. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as light irrigation repairs, drywall patching, HVAC drain line cleaning, and mechanical systems.
• Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pools.
• Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day.
• Able to safely bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in variable weather conditions.
• General computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
