General Maintenance Responsibilities
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as light irrigation repairs, drywall patching, HVAC drainline cleaning, and mechanical systems.
- Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
- Coincider with general computer skills.
Requirements
- Previous Maintenance experience.
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day.
- Able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to work in variable weather conditions.
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
