This position requires the individual to be on the CDC job site in Atlanta, Georgia, Monday through Friday each week.
Experience
- Minimum of ten years of architectural experience working on large scale projects required.
- Significant experience with and a deep understanding of construction administration processes required.
- Prior experience with government projects preferred.
- Able to effectively work with team members and manage multiple demands required.
- Must have strong attention to detail with analytical and technical skills, proven organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to adjust to shifting priorities and/or deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including in-person and virtual conversations required.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and web-based project management programs preferred.
Education
- Degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or related field required.
- Registered Architect in the United States preferred.
- Successful completion of the Construction Documents Technology (CDT) program preferred; Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) certification preferred.
- Sustainability accreditation preferred.
