ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

• Work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM).
• Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs.
• Create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app.
• Reliable and prompt attendance is necessary.
• You are required to respond to Target's attempts to contact you to confirm your interest in working shifts.
• If you do not work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment with Target will be administratively terminated.
• Communication and ability to work when our business demands it most are critical to your success.

ALL ABOUT SMALL FORMATS

• Create a welcoming experience by engaging with guests.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Support daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Complete tasks such as cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy.
• Support execution of major transitions.
• Maintain the store's interior and exterior brand.
• Operate power equipment only if certified.
• Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up.

• Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Have attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
