About the role
Working at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. As an On‑Demand Team Member (TM) you can work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule through the myTime mobile scheduling app; you are not placed on the posted weekly schedule but may pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members. Reliable and prompt attendance is required when you commit to a shift, and you must work at least one shift every four weeks (minimum four hours) and at least one shift within any five‑month period to avoid administrative termination. You must respond to Target’s attempts to contact you about shift interest. If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete short‑term structured training before using the myTime app to select shifts. In the Small Format store environment you ensure product is in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, providing exceptional guest service and supporting operations across departments.
