About the role
The Monitor position at The Car Park is responsible for providing excellent customer service to parking customers through phone interactions and direct communication with staff.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from local parking locations
- Provide assistance to customers entering and exiting garages and offering general parking information
- Direct communication with Field and Ambassador Staff for events, incidents, and equipment issues
- Maintain monitoring of camera surveillance and parking systems in all area parking garages and lots
- Test garage and elevator intercoms and manage garage space counts
- Answer general questions about ticket fees, on-street parking hours, and events over the phone
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- High proficiency with Windows 10 or similar operating systems
- Excellent communication skills: written and oral
- Punctuality and trustworthy
- Able to multitask
Qualifications
- High School diploma or greater
- 1+ years in customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience
