Requirements
- RN license in the state of Wisconsin, required
- Current, valid driver’s license, required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health preferred

Pay and Schedule
Salary: $75K to $80K, based on experience. Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, Monday-Sunday, Monday - Friday: 4PM - 8AM, Weekend: Saturday at 8AM to Monday at 8AM.
