On-Call Overnight Shuttle Driver, Grouse Mountain Lodge

About the Role

This is a part-time, on-call position with a starting wage of $14.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations during overnight hours.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide information about lodge amenities, services, local attractions, and activities.
• Ensure shuttle vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help maintain clean, welcoming public spaces around the property.
• Respond to guest requests and assist team members as needed.
• Support overnight operations and complete a variety of duties to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous guest service, shuttle driver, bell person, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and following company policies and procedures.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift and transport guest luggage as required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
