If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team:
- Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
- Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
- Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
- Administer medications.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have
- Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) with current licensure to practice in the state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Nice To Have
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care / memory care experience.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
Salary Range
$34 - $35 per hour DOE
