On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NOC Shift

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR. Responsibilities

• Assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff to ensure the highest level of care delivery.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
• Ability to work at least 1‑2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month (required).
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives and upholding high nursing standards.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.

Pay

$44.73/HR – $60.34/HR (based on licensed experience)
