Address community concerns: noise, parking enforcement, trespassing, vandalism, etc. Complete detailed, time-stamped reports through mobile reporting software. Operate and maintain a company-assigned patrol vehicle. Manage your time effectively and follow a designated route schedule. Coordinate with supervisors for incidents that may delay the route. Uphold professional communication with community members and dispatch. ✅ Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older. Valid CA Driver’s License. Maximum of 1 point on driving record (copy required to interview). Valid Guard Card issued by BSIS (required). 1+ year of experience in private security (patrol preferred). Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail. Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking. Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
