On Call Flex Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Perform post inspections and site visits.

Requirements

• CA Security Guard License (Guard Card)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
• Open availability
• Ability to cover the San Francisco Bay Area, West side of the bay, and the East mainland

Two to three years of security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Guaranteed 32 hours per week. This is an as-needed (on-call) position.
