On-Call Custodian: Sports Arena & HutchCC Facilities(STF3160)

Essential Functions

• Cleaning of buildings includes dusting, cleaning windows, floors, walls, and furniture, restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, etc.
• Includes the use of custodial supplies and equipment.
• Custodians are responsible for maintaining the interior spaces from the ceiling to the floor.
• This includes but not limited to cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC supply and return vents, and changing HVAC filters depending on their location.
• Assist other employees as needed.

Secondary/Support Functions

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director and/or Coordinators of the Facilities department.
