Responsibilities
- Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility
- Ensure organized and clean storage areas for all food
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items at the end of the shift
- Properly rotate inventory
- Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets
- Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and product par levels
- Work with the manager to create specials and other menu variations
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of High School education preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role required
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of or the ability to learn basic sanitation and workplace safety regulations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player mentality

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $25.90 per hour.
Schedule
