How On-Call Works
On-call caregivers commit to specific days and hours of availability. You may receive an assignment at any point during your scheduled window, including overnight. For example, if your on-call period is 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, you may be contacted at any time during those hours for a shift beginning later that evening or overnight. You receive an on-call stipend for your availability, in addition to your regular hourly pay for completed client visits. Failure to meet the requirements of your scheduled on-call period may result in loss of the on-call stipend.
