On Call Activities Attendant

About the role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Activities Attendants are dedicated to creating exceptional experiences and lasting memories for owners and guests of all ages. Their responsibilities include overseeing the completion of permission slips and/or waiver forms by parents, addressing guest complaints effectively and professionally, supervising and guiding children throughout the day, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all utilized areas, particularly at the end of the day, administering immediate first aid or CPR, and handling accidents, injuries, emergencies, or ill children appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of permission slips and/or waiver forms by parents.
• Address guest complaints effectively and professionally.
• Supervise and guide children throughout the day, maintaining control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all utilized areas, particularly at the end of the day.
• Administer immediate first aid or CPR, and handle accidents, injuries, emergencies, or ill children appropriately.

Requirements

• Must like working with children, be creative, interactive, and outgoing.
• San Diego County Food Handlers certification (not required upon hire).

Qualifications

Activities Attendants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to interact with children.
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $19.80

Schedule & Hours

• On Call Availability: Tuesdays starting at 12pm.
• Hours: Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
