Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will also support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship‑from‑Club.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems and flag expired or short‑dated items.
• Coordinate with the club team for replenishment and pull merchandise from reserve when possible.
• Meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators for order picking.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship‑from‑Club, maintaining SLA compliance.
• Securely package orders according to standard procedures.
• Keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized; perform general housekeeping, including trash and cardboard removal.
• Handle damaged or spoiled products per SOPs and process returns appropriately.
• Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous order‑pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Prior RF scanner experience preferred.

Job Conditions

• Continuous movement on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Regular lifting of objects up to 30 lb; occasional lifting of heavier or awkward items with assistance.
• Work environment includes moving machinery, loud equipment, and occasional temperature extremes for refrigerated orders.
• Potential exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

Pay

Starting at $16.25 per hour (estimate; actual salary varies by location, education, experience, and qualifications).
