Overview

The Omni Care Internship Program provides hands‑on training across multiple hotel departments. Interns rotate through various entry‑level service positions based on business needs and, upon successful performance, may be accepted into the LID (Leader in Development) program at season’s end.

Responsibilities

• Flexibly work in various entry‑level service positions throughout the property.
• Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events; additional departments may be added as needed.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork.
• Participate in Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Leader.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
