About the Role

The Omni Care Internship Program is a hands-on training opportunity designed to teach various aspects of the hotel business. This position acts as a "utility player," rotating throughout different departments and roles based on business needs. Successful interns may be accepted into the Leader in Development (LID) program at the end of the season based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly in various entry-level service positions across the property, rotating between food and beverage outlets and banquet events.
• Additional departments or roles may be assigned based on business needs.
• Attend to and anticipate guests' needs.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills; previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
