Omics Data Science Analyst Contract Opportunity | Global Pharmaceutical CompanyOur client, a leading global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an Omics Data Science Analyst to join a cutting-edge R&D team focused on data science and digital health initiatives within Immunology. This role will help drive scientific discovery by analyzing large-scale clinical and biomarker datasets to better understand disease mechanisms, identify patient subgroups, and support precision medicine strategies.This is an excellent opportunity for a data scientist with a strong background in omics analytics, biostatistics, and biomedical data analysis who enjoys translating complex datasets into meaningful scientific insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze large-scale clinical and biomarker datasets to support patient stratification and disease characterizationPerform statistical analyses to evaluate relationships between clinical variables, imaging-derived features, and biomarkersIntegrate and interpret diverse biological data sources, including multi-omics and clinical datasetsReproduce, validate, and extend findings from published cohort studies and scientific literatureSupport hypothesis-driven research focused on disease progression, treatment outcomes, and subgroup identificationCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, modelers, and research scientistsPresent findings and insights to support scientific decision-making and future research initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative fieldHands-on experience analyzing omics data, including one or more of the following: GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Studies)Gene Expression / TranscriptomicsMulti-omics IntegrationHigh-dimensional Biomarker DataExperience working with complex biomedical, clinical, or translational research datasetsStrong statistical analysis and data interpretation skillsProficiency in Python and/or RAbility to communicate technical findings to both technical and scientific stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills and experience working within cross-functional research environments Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large clinical cohort datasetsFamiliarity with imaging-derived biomarkers and digital health dataPrior experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare research programs Why Apply?
