About the role
The Technology Business Services Consultant will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning responsibilities. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangible or unprecedented considerations.
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex, enterprise-level initiatives supporting Technology Business Services and data-informed decision-making
- Analyze multi-dimensional business and technology challenges, evaluating risk, impact, and tradeoffs
- Support large-scale planning efforts by translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise objectives and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the resolution of complex issues through structured analysis and strategic problem-solving
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical, business, and leadership audiences
- Support governance, documentation, and delivery activities aligned to enterprise standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience supporting Business Services, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting engagements, training, military service, or education.
- Proven ability to consult on complex initiatives with broad organizational impact and large-scale planning responsibility.
- Strong experience reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, and longer-term challenges, including evaluation of technical, operational, and business factors (including intangibles or unprecedented scenarios).
- Experience working in enterprise environments supporting data-driven business services, analytics, or decision enablement.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic collaboration and stakeholder consulting, translating analysis into actionable outcomes.
