OMI Hospital, a leading healthcare institution in Karachi centrally located at the heart of the city since 1984, is looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and support the hospital’s continued growth and excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Ensure effective ERP implementation across Finance and Billing functions to streamline operations.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and banking relationships.
• Partner with operational and clinical leadership to drive cost optimization and profitability.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor finance teams across accounts, payroll, audit, and taxation functions.
• Provide direct oversight of the Billing Department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all billing and revenue cycle operations.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA qualified.
• Experience: 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in healthcare or large service organizations.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience of ERP implementation will be preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance in Pakistan.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and sound decision-making capabilities.
