OMEGA Luxury Timepieces - Store Development Project Manager

OMEGA SA · Miami, FL · 1 mo ago
Project ManagementFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to include sections only when posting has real content. The job description includes many details. We should not repeat job title. We can have sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay? No pay mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule. Benefits section present. Also maybe "Qualifications" could be same as Requirements. We'll include Requirements (Professional Requirements). Also maybe "Skills" but we can embed within Requirements. We'll follow instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We'll include only those with content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Benefits Program The Swatch Group is an equal opportunity employer..." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that line but keep benefits details. So we need to extract benefits list after that sentence. Also need to remove duplicated lines, like maybe "Professional Requirements" repeated? Not. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's parse content: Company description: OMEGA is a company of Swatch Group... etc. That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the job description summary: "OMEGA timepieces, part of the Swatch Group of the United States (SGUS), is seeking an experienced project manager to join a specialist Store Design team onsite in Miami, Florida. This role is dedicated entirely to representing the OMEGA brand in third party sales locations: Multi Brand Retailer Stores (‘Wholesalers’) ranging from large national watch and jewellery accounts and properties to family-owned watch and jewellery businesses across North America and the Caribbean. Projects vary in size and scale, but constant is the need to provide uniform global design, strong customer service and quality project management across the portfolio. Working on a dedicated split territory (as part of a two-person team), you will be required to project manage at scale and pace, while also contributing interior design and construction insights on all projects and managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders (both on and off location). Please note all designs are generated from HQ. This is a guardian position not a creative position. Given the emphasis on maintaining brand integrity in this role, the department reports to Trade Marketing & Events Director with a dotted reporting line to OMEGA HQ store design / construction." That's good for About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties after "Interested applicants should be:" Actually that's more like profile? Then after that there is a big list of responsibilities starting with "Profile Offer a high touch client experience..." Actually the text: "Interested applicants should be: Experienced and autonomous in such an environment Act as an empowered brand advocate once familiarized with OMEGA protocol/processes Be highly accountable and willing to take full responsibility for the success (or failures) in quality and efficiency Constantly striving to improve business outcomes Profile Offer a high touch client experience across all projects, systematically engaging with stakeholders and educating them on the global OMEGA experience and expectations Proposal presentation to clients and stakeholders, assisting wholesale director and sales managers in communicating technical aspects of the project and troubleshooting with client Implement and maintain the global OMEGA experience with Wholesale partners (our clients) and all stakeholders, ensuring corporate processes are applied and completed Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all interactions and guarantee that brand designs & identity are respected Ensure that construction documents are accurate, achievable and comply with brand and industry standards Track and ensure on-time completion of all project tasks from initial budget to closeout Prepare and manage schedules for architects, vendors and contractors Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets Establishing communication channels on all projects between the client and their vendors (GC’s and architects), OMEGA Sales and OMEGA HQ, acting as the central contact point and project leader for all parties Secure the delivery of material and services Issue RFPs, compare & level bids, negotiate proposals Ensure vendor quality is maintained Conduct site visits and supervise all construction installs (willing to work off hours or days when required by project needs) Identifying new vendors and price/general efficiencies, tendering projects if/where required Maintaining and growing a vendor database alongside existing Swatch Group preferred suppliers Domestic travel, up to 40%" That seems like responsibilities. Then "Professional Requirements" list. Then "Benefits Program" list. We need to strip EEO line: "The Swatch Group is an equal opportunity employer that promotes diversity and is committed to environmental sustainability." Remove that. Also remove any duplicated lines: maybe "Professional Requirements" appears only once. Also remove application instructions: none seen. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal etc. Now produce HTML:

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The benefits list originally started with "The Swatch Group is an equal opportunity employer that promotes diversity and is committed to environmental sustainability." We removed that. Good. Check for duplicated lines: none. Make sure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description at start (OMEGA history) maybe could be included in About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The company history is not minor metadata; it's about the company. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could incorporate company description into About the role paragraph. Already we have a paragraph about the role; we could prepend company description. Let's add a sentence: "OMEGA is a company of the Swatch Group, the world’s leading watch manufacturer. Since 1848, the brand has been synonymous with excellence, innovation, design and precision. Thanks to its pioneering spirit, OMEGA was the first watch worn on the moon, and it has enjoyed many other accomplishments and explorations in the ocean and in space. Its women’s watches have been amongst the most admired and ingenious in the industry and, most recently, OMEGA’s reputation has been enhanced by its achievements in anti-magnetic watchmaking and its Master Chronometer certified watches, the industry’s highest standard for precision and performance.
